POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT - $25HR

As your postpartum doula I will provide evidenced based information on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother–baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. I will be there to help you as a new family in those first days and weeks after bringing home a new baby. Some of the services I am willing to help with are as follows:

House cleaning
Meal preparation (well versed in many methods of cooking)
Shopping
Laundry
Baby wearing support
Watching other children
If there is something else you need help with all you have to do is ask and we will make it happen.
