BIRTH DOULA SERVICE - $650

The relationship that is built between a family and their doula is extremely important and can play a major role in how things play out during labor and birth and for this reason I offer a free initial consultation to make sure that you are comfortable and happy with the arrangement and that our energies work together well. If after meeting you decide that you would like to have me as your doula we will typically meet again 2 times before the birth. The first meeting that we have we will go over you vision and desires for your birth and I will show you examples of a birth plan and help you write your dream plan. The second meeting we will go over comfort techniques and discuss the role in which I will play during your birth. Following the birth I will stay with you until you are comfortable and ready for me to leave. We will meet again typically one time after the birth to check in and see how things are going. 

It is my goal and vision as your doula to be a support system and area of knowledge from the very beginning. From the time the contract is signed and the deposit is paid I am on call and will be there with you as soon as you are ready for as long as you need me to be. You are free to call me at anytime with any questions you may have whether it be prenatally or postpartum. I also have relationships and connections throughout the valley and am able to refer you for additional services such as chiropractic, massage, birth story photography, and placenta encapsulation.
